Having Problems With Vista

I struggle with Vista alot

This is what I do when I have trouble

Run AD-Adaware you have to run it manually if you use the free version

Run C Cleaner a free download

delete internet temp files

There,s no reason or rhyme here just stuff that can go amuck

In extreme cases you might run System Restore--be sure to backup import photos and documents.In fact I think it,s a real good idea to have an exterial hard drive for that stuff anyway

this gets rid of spyware programs that slow down your computer

You can get the free version but you must manually run it
